Born and raised in the beautiful Italian city of Venice, Stefano found his passion in cooking and developed his interest as a career. He started his journey at a very young age, training and working in the five-star Hotel Danieli in Venice. After more than 10 years’ experience in Italy, between fine-dining restaurants and hotels, Stefano moved to Shanghai in 2014 and ran various Italian restaurants there.

Any form of casual or sports wear is permitted, except swimwear. Swimwear is permitted only at Caffè Luna outdoors. Persons entering other parts of the Club must be fully clothed.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Members who fail to fulfil their restaurant reservation twice within 90 days will not be permitted to make further reservations for the following 60 days.
